This type of boiler is very convenient for the generation of steam for industrial uses.

The circulation begins from the burner, with the furnace being the first effective stage of the gases. Once it reaches the end of this stage, it is directed by the first array of tubes, forming the second effective stage of the gases. These are directed forward and collide with the front door of the boiler, being directed by the second array of tubes, or the third effective stage for the gases, until they are discharged into the atmosphere by the chimney.

• The accessibility to the pipes makes maintenance easier and reduces costs.
• The external section of the transfer chamber is cooled with water and is equipped with a complete access door, insulated by a very resistant compound.
• The inversion of the combustion chamber, which is on the same axis as the the hearth, ensures the optimal distribution of the mechanical dilations, contributing to the long life of the body under pressure.
• A low level of heat loss through radiation, thanks to the insulation of sufficient thickness and high density, as well as the insulation of the front door and the rear door.

These modern units are delivered as assembled on a base of profiles, where the accessory equipment is also located: Water pumps, a command station, petroleum pre-heaters, etc.

In this way, the installation of the generator can be done quickly and easily, by placing it on a simple concrete slab, making the connections for steam, water, natural gas, bottled gas (LPG), diesel oil or petroleum, and the driving force.
